Our process is simple.
Remodeling and building can be a daunting task from contractor selection to material selection. At Camerucci Montenegro, our intention is to make the entire remodel and build process simple. Below are the 9 steps that we follow on projects.
9 Step Process
It All Starts with a Picture
Please send us pictures of the areas you would like us to remodel and provide a brief scope of work. From those pictures, we can provide you a rough estimate of the project. We can then schedule a complementary in-home consultation.
U-Design and Granite Edges
You can now visualize your kitchen and/or bath design and share these designs with us prior to the in-home consultation. You can also select the countertop edge design you would like to see on your counters. By following this process, we are better prepared for the in-home consultation.
Complementary In-Home Consultation
When you contact us, we schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. At the in-home consultation, we will discuss the scope of your project and elements of construction that could change the direction of your project.
Select Materials at Showroom
After the in-home consultation, we will invite you to our showroom to select materials including the cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, grout, finishes, paint, and any other materials you may need for your project. You can also use our design tool to determine the colors and styles you may like for your project
Estimate
Once the materials are selected, we will work on an estimate for you and we will email you an estimate.
Lead Time
When the estimate is signed, we require a minimum lead time of one to two weeks to order materials and schedule the job.
Prep & Start
Commencement of the project occurs after the lead time.  Before working in your home, we ensure that your home is prepared properly so that your existing home is protected from the ensuing work.
Duration
The total time to complete a project varies on every job, however, when we have a job, we are focused and attentive to your project to ensure we complete your project in a timely manner while providing you excellent craftsmanship.
Completion
When the job is completed, we will do a job walk with you to ensure you are satisfied with the work. If there are any items that need to be addressed, we will take care of those issues for you. Once all issues are addressed, you will sign a certificate of completion certifying the project has been successfully completed.
